Workmanship warranty
We proudly offer a 2-year workmanship warranty as part of our commitment to the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). This warranty ensures that our installations are free from defects in workmanship for a period of two years from the date of completion.
Manufacturer’s warranty
In addition to our workmanship warranty, many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, ranging from 5 to 10 years. These warranties cover any defects in materials or craftsmanship directly related to the product itself. Please refer to the specific product documentation for detailed information about the manufacturer’s warranty.
Cancellation period
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you have a 14-day cancellation period. This period starts from the date on which the last item of goods is delivered to the installation address. Please note that the cancellation request must be made within this period to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.
