Managing a nationwide rollout requires more than just technical expertise; it demands rigorous logistical coordination. The objective was to deliver high-volume installations across diverse building types, ranging from domestic homes to commercial facilities, while maintaining a steady pipeline for future capacity.

Completed Sites: 40 projects finished to May 2026
Current Deployment: 1,800+ high-efficiency panels installed.
Current Capacity: 756 kWh of operational solar power.
Future Pipeline: 5,932 additional panels scheduled for upcoming phases, adding a further 2,620 kWh of capacity.
